English Language Policy
1. English-Only Service Delivery
Brick-by-Brick is provided exclusively in the English language. All platform interfaces, Knowledge Architecture outputs, agent-generated content, Help Center documentation, and legal agreements are authored, delivered, and supported in English only.
This policy applies to every aspect of the Service, including but not limited to:
- The account creation and authentication experience
- The build session interface, including all prompts, cards, and confirmation screens
- Pre-collected intelligence presented for Architect confirmation
- Temporal Intelligence questions during Phase 4b (Temporal Memory Pass)
- Financial Intelligence questions during the Financial Intelligence Gate
- The Source Readiness Gate and its source-status detail panels
- All three deliverables: the Interactive HTML Package, the Machine-Readable JSON Export, and the Knowledge Architecture Guide
- Analytical tables, the Interdependency Graph, Gap Reports, and the Executive Intelligence Summary
- Compliance disclosures, consent mechanisms, and all legal agreements (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Policy Agreement, Sub-Processor List, this English Language Policy)
- All email communications, notifications, and support correspondence
- The Help Center and Knowledge Base content
2. Architect Responsibility
While Brick-by-Brick is accessible from non-English-speaking countries, it is the sole responsibility of the Architect to possess sufficient proficiency in written and spoken English to understand, interpret, and act upon all platform content.
"Sufficient proficiency" means the ability to:
- Read and understand the 11-dimension framework definitions and category descriptions
- Review pre-collected data points presented during the Confirmation Session and accurately identify whether the content is correct, incorrect, or incomplete
- Respond to open-ended Conversation Agent questions during D01 purpose stress-testing and Phase 4b Temporal Memory Pass with substantive, accurate answers
- Understand Financial Intelligence Gate questions covering revenue, expenses, capital structure, and other financial concepts
- Interpret Source Readiness Gate status badges and their detail panels
- Read, understand, and act upon compliance disclosures, retention commitments, and your rights under applicable privacy regulation
- Make informed decisions about whether to accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this Policy Agreement
If you are uncertain whether your English proficiency is sufficient, you should not proceed with a build session. Partial comprehension of the Service can result in a Knowledge Architecture that does not accurately reflect your company, for which Spacious Enterprises bears no responsibility.
3. No Translation or Localization
Spacious Enterprises LLC does not provide:
- Translation services for any platform content
- Multilingual support of any kind through email, chat, or any other channel
- Localized versions of the application interface
- Localized versions of Knowledge Architecture deliverables
- Localized versions of legal agreements, privacy disclosures, or compliance documentation
- Real-time interpretation services during the build session
- Translated copies of delivered files upon request
This applies to all languages, including widely-spoken languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, French, and German, and applies equally to languages used by small numbers of Architects.
We do not automatically translate any platform content using machine translation, and we do not integrate third-party machine translation services into the Service. Architects who require translation must perform it themselves, outside the Service, at their own expense and responsibility.
4. Use of External Translation Tools
Architects may use external translation tools (such as browser-based translation, third-party translation services, or human translators) at their own discretion to assist with comprehension of platform content. However:
- Spacious Enterprises does not verify, endorse, or warrant the accuracy of any external translation
- Translation errors, misinterpretations, or omissions introduced by external tools are the Architect's responsibility
- Decisions made based on translated content rather than the original English are made at the Architect's own risk
- No claim arising from translation-related misunderstanding shall constitute grounds for dispute, refund, or liability against Spacious Enterprises
- Architects who paste company data into external translation services do so at their own data-handling risk; Spacious Enterprises has no visibility into or responsibility for data shared with external translation providers
5. Accessibility vs. Language
This English Language Policy addresses language of service delivery. It does not limit accessibility for Architects with disabilities.
The Service follows web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA target) including:
- Screen reader compatibility
- Keyboard navigation support
- Sufficient color contrast
- Semantic HTML structure
These accessibility accommodations apply to English-language content only. Architects who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology should expect the Service to function correctly — in English.
6. Future Changes
Spacious Enterprises reserves the right to expand language support in the future. However, no such expansion is planned, scheduled, or committed as of the effective date of this Policy. Any future language expansion would be announced through:
- A dated entry in this Policy's Change Log (Section 9)
- A notification to the email address associated with each Architect's account
- Updates to all cross-referencing legal documents
Until such time as additional languages are officially supported, English-only service delivery is the authoritative policy and supersedes any informal statements, marketing materials, or translated content that may appear elsewhere.
7. Relationship to Other Legal Documents
This English Language Policy is incorporated by reference into:
- The Terms of Service
- The Policy Agreement
- The Privacy Policy
Where those documents reference the English language of service, this Policy provides the complete governing framework. Where this Policy differs in detail from language sections in the other three documents, this Policy controls as the more comprehensive and specific governing text.
8. Enforcement
By creating an account, purchasing a build, or using the Service in any way, Architects acknowledge and agree to the English-only delivery described in this Policy.
No claim arising from an Architect's inability to understand English-language content shall constitute:
- Grounds for dispute
- Grounds for a refund request
- Grounds for liability against Spacious Enterprises LLC
- Grounds for invalidating consent given during account creation or build purchase
This enforcement posture is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the Architect's country of residence, native language, or any other personal circumstance.
9. Change Log
| Date | Version | Change |
|---|---|---|
| April 2026 | 1.0 | Initial publication as a standalone policy document. Consolidates English-language requirements previously dispersed across Terms of Service, Policy Agreement, and Privacy Policy. Those documents now reference this standalone Policy. |
