Brick by Brick

Every company needs a map of itself. Every decision should flow from it. Brick by Brick builds that map.

$499 · one 3–4 hour session · you own the files.

Brick by Brick builds your company’s Knowledge Architecture — a structured, interconnected map of what your company knows. Your Map serves as the compass that directs you to decisions that raise ROI.

Brick by Brick & MAIA Decision OS

Brick-by-Brick builds the map. MAIA Decision OS is how you rehearse & stress test your decisions through it.

Health Report

Could your company pass a health report on how well it knows itself? Every Knowledge Architecture ships with one — a section inside the Interactive HTML Package that grades the build itself. Each of the 11 dimensions gets a coverage assessment, a confidence level, and a plain-language read on whether it is strong enough to decide on. Most tools show you what they found; this one also shows you what it didn’t.

About Brick by Brick

Brick by Brick builds company context for AI — a structured map of how your business actually works, called a Knowledge Architecture, delivered as files you own. Brick by Brick is operated by Spacious Enterprises, LLC.

A Knowledge Architecture is a structured, interconnected representation of your company's knowledge across 11 dimensions, delivered to you as files you own permanently.

Brick by Brick maps a company across 11 dimensions.

Those 11 dimensions are subdivided into 53 categories.

A complete Knowledge Architecture build for one company costs $499 USD, one time, with no subscription.

Each build is completed in a single session lasting three to four hours.

Every build is delivered as an Interactive HTML Package, a Machine-Readable JSON Export, and a Knowledge Architecture Guide, with an optional combined ZIP archive of all three.

Every build includes a Health Report, a section within the Interactive HTML Package that grades the Knowledge Architecture itself: each of the 11 dimensions receives a coverage assessment, a confidence level, and a decision-readiness reading, above which sits an Activation Level from 1 to 5 describing how much of the company the map can support decisions about. The Health Report is a section of the HTML Package, not a separate deliverable.

Brick by Brick builds your Knowledge Architecture from the business tools you already use, reading them with read-only access; nine connectors are live today and five more are coming soon.

Brick-by-Brick operates under a Zero Customer Data Holding policy. Build data is retained for 72 hours from build start and is then permanently deleted; Spacious Enterprises keeps no copy of your Knowledge Architecture afterward.

You keep your Knowledge Architecture as files you download and own permanently.

Spacious Enterprises keeps only a basic account record — name, email, build date and status — and a content-free receipt confirming deletion; payment records are held by Stripe, which processes all purchases.
