1. How many connectors you connected

More connectors mean more pre-collected data, which means more Confirmation Cards to review but fewer gap-fill conversations. The cards move fast — most take 5–10 seconds each.

2. How much institutional knowledge you add

Some dimensions — like Purpose, Governance, and Institutional Memory — rely heavily on knowledge that lives in your head, not in tools. These require brief conversations where you share what you know.

The intelligence gathering and analysis phases run automatically and take 5–15 minutes total. You don't need to wait for them.
