My Connector Isn't Working
Check for expired tokens, permission changes, or API limits.
If a connector shows an error or isn't returning data:
"Expired" status: Your access token has expired. Click "Reauthorize" to re-authenticate with the platform. This is normal — most platforms expire tokens periodically.
"Error" status: The connection failed. Click "Retry." If it fails again, disconnect and reconnect the tool.
No data returned: The connector is working but the platform doesn't have the data types Brick-by-Brick looks for. This is normal — the build works with whatever data is available.
Permission denied: You may not have sufficient permissions in the connected tool. Check with your platform administrator.
