What Happens After I Purchase?

After payment, you're guided through 5 onboarding steps: Account, Company, Industry, Data Store, and Connectors.

After payment, you're redirected to the Brick-by-Brick app. The onboarding process has five steps:

Step 1 — Account

Register your email and create a passkey for secure access.

Step 2 — Company

Enter your company's legal name and website. This locks the build to your company.

Step 3 — Industry

Select your industry. This connects your build to the right Industry Knowledge Architecture — the external context your company operates in.

Step 4 — Data Store

Your Knowledge Architecture database is provisioned automatically. Your data lives in your own database — Brick-by-Brick never stores your company information on our systems.

Step 5 — Connectors

Connect the business tools you want Brick-by-Brick to extract intelligence from — Salesforce, Google Drive, Slack, and more. This step is optional and you can add connectors later.

After onboarding, your build begins. Intelligence agents start gathering data from your connected tools and public sources, and you enter the interactive confirmation session.
