What Is the Health Report?

A grade on your Knowledge Architecture itself — how much of your company it captured, and how far you should lean on it.

Every build includes one. It rates each of the 11 Dimensions on coverage and confidence, then gives each a plain-language read on how ready it is to decide from.

Above those sits an Activation Level from 1 to 5, describing how much of your company the map can support decisions about. The level is enforced rather than estimated — a build without enough time-anchored data cannot be graded above Level 2, however much material it collected.

For example: a company with strong product and market records but nothing captured about its cost structure will see those dimensions read well while Financial Architecture is marked thin. Both readings are useful. The second one is the one that changes what you do next.

Check it before you act on anything else in the package. It tells you which parts of your map rest on evidence and which rest on very little — so you know where to trust it, and where to shore it up before your next major decision.
