Full refund before the confirmation session begins. After that, a full refund where the failure was ours. Contact support within 30 days.

If you purchased a build and have not started the confirmation session, you are entitled to a full refund on request.

Once the confirmation session begins, you are entitled to a full refund if the failure was ours — that is, if we do not deliver a completed Knowledge Architecture because something went wrong on our side.

Refund requests should be made within 30 days of purchase. If something about your build does not look right, tell us what happened and we will look into it.
