Your Knowledge Architecture has an activation level from 1 to 5 that reflects how complete and capable it is for powering decision rehearsals in MAIA.

Level 1 — Basic. Legal, financial, and operational dimensions are populated. Enough for basic rehearsals about operational decisions.

Level 2 — Contextual. Adds human and market dimensions. Rehearsals now include competitive and people context.

Level 3 — Strategic. Adds purpose, governance, and strategy dimensions. Full strategic rehearsals with institutional awareness.

Level 4 — Industry-Grounded. Connects to the Industry Knowledge Architecture. Rehearsals now include external market context, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape data.

Level 5 — Full Intelligence. All 11 dimensions populated, connectors flowing, maximum data points. The most complete rehearsal intelligence available.

Most builds reach Level 2 or 3 in the initial session. Level 4 and 5 develop as you add connectors and fill gaps over time.
