How Do I Update My Knowledge Architecture?
Four methods: connector refresh, manual edits, gap filling, and MAIA feedback.
Your Knowledge Architecture isn't frozen after the build. You can update it in several ways:
Connector refresh. If your connected tools have new data, you can trigger a refresh. Brick-by-Brick re-queries your connectors, detects changes, and presents new Confirmation Cards for anything that's significantly different.
Manual updates. In the EKS Explorer, you can edit any data point directly. Click a data point, make your change, and it's updated — with the original value preserved in the history.
Gap filling. Use the Gap Manager to systematically address gaps identified in your gap report. Each gap links to a focused conversation or data entry form.
MAIA feedback. When you run rehearsals in MAIA and the system identifies knowledge gaps, those gaps are routed back to your Knowledge Architecture's Gap Manager for resolution.
