Brick-by-Brick is built on a Zero Customer Data Holding policy. This means:

We never store your company's data on our systems. Your Knowledge Architecture is written directly to your own database. Spacious Enterprises never has a copy.

File uploads are processed in memory and discarded. If you upload a document during the build, we extract intelligence from it in memory and immediately discard the file. It is never saved to disk.

Connector tokens are encrypted. OAuth access tokens and customer-provided credentials are stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time.

No analytics tracking. We use Cloudflare's privacy-native analytics — no cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal data collection.
