What Is Zero Data Holding?

True zero customer data holding. Your KA is delivered as files. We delete everything within 24 hours.

True Zero Customer Data Holding means Spacious Enterprises never retains your company's knowledge data beyond the build session.

Here's what happens:

1. During your build (3-4 hours), your data exists temporarily in a per-build database on our infrastructure.
2. At delivery, your Knowledge Architecture is packaged as an HTML file and a JSON file. You download both.
3. If you connected cloud storage (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.), the files are auto-saved to your storage.
4. Within 24 hours of delivery, all build data is permanently deleted from our systems — the temporary database is destroyed, all connector tokens are revoked, all agent execution records are purged.

What we retain after deletion:

• Account metadata: your email, name, company name (for login and returning for updates)
• Payment records: Stripe references (for refund eligibility and update credits)
• Build session metadata: build_id, delivery date, activation level, file checksums

This is not just a policy — it's an architectural decision. Our system is built so that 24 hours after delivery, we physically cannot access your company's knowledge.
