Refresh the page. Each phase has its own processing time. Contact support if it persists.
If your build appears to be stuck at a processing step:
During intelligence gathering: The agents are querying your connected tools and public sources. This typically takes 2–5 minutes. If it's been more than 10 minutes, try refreshing the page. Your progress is saved.
During confirmation: If a card isn't responding when you tap a button, refresh the page. You'll return to the same card.
During analysis (tables, graph, gap analysis): These phases run automatically after confirmation. They typically take 5–10 minutes. If it's been more than 20 minutes, refresh the page.
If refreshing doesn't help, contact [email protected] with your company name and a description of where the build stopped.
