Common issues and how to resolve them.

• The Build Seems Stuck

  Refresh the page. Each phase has its own processing time. Contact support if it persists beyond 20 minutes.

• I Entered the Wrong Company Name

  Company Lock is by design — one build, one company. Contact support to discuss options.

• My Data Looks Wrong

  Use Correction Needed during the build, or edit data points in the EKS Explorer after completion.

• The Page Won't Load

  Try a different browser, incognito mode, or check your internet connection. Contact support with details.
