The company name is locked after you enter it in onboarding Step 2. This is by design — it ensures your Knowledge Architecture is permanently bound to the correct company.

If you entered the wrong name, contact [email protected] immediately. We can reset your build so you can start fresh with the correct company name. If your build is already in progress, we'll work with you to find the best solution.
